Tickets are non-refundable but they can be transferred or sold to another member. 

The Fun Starts:

1. Early Check-in: Kick off the excitement on October 1st from 5-7pm for early bird arrivals!
2. Day 1 (Oct 2nd): The action and learning mode starts at 9am and goes until 5pm. The evening is yours to host team events, brain storming parties, or start sharing LaticGO with strangers!
3. Day 2 (Oct 3rd): We pick up the pace at 9am, wrap up the main event at 5pm, and then get ready for the grand finale—our Closing Send Off Party (Theme TBA!) from 8-10pm!

Getting There & Staying:

1. DFW Airport is just 25-30 minutes away! For the easiest trip, we recommend hopping on an Uber or Lyft.
2. Our Host Hotel is the fabulous Hyatt Regency! We’ll be sharing a direct booking link to get you the best rate soon, but feel free to explore the variety of other hotels in the surrounding area across all price ranges.
3. There will be lunch breaks, and the hotel is connected to the StoneBriar mall for a quick and easy lunch option.
